My friend Kathleen and I decided to bring our 9 kids together for a festive time of baking and ornament making just a few days before Christmas.
Aside from glitter EVERYWHERE-even in the cookie dough and cookie dough EVERYWHERE -all over the kitchen...5 hours later we successfully completed several dozen decorated sugar cookies and 7 glittery covered pine cones.
It was a lot of work...even for the kids (as you can tell by some in the picture). However, it was lots of fun hanging out with special friends and a memory we will never forget! So, Kathleen...will we do it again next year? :)
Of course after the picture was taken all the boys run off to climb the nearest tree. Meanwhile, Annascott stays behind for a few extra pictures!
